1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the beriska platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. beriska provides event creation, ticketing, and management services for organizers and attendees worldwide.

2. Platform Services

beriska offers event creation tools, ticket sales, attendee management, check-in systems, analytics, and related services. We act as an intermediary between event organizers and attendees.

3. Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, delivery of the event as described, compliance with local laws, and handling of attendee data in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.

4. Commission & Fees

beriska retains a commission on ticket sales as agreed during event publishing. The standard commission rate is 6.66% (Growth tier) or 5.55% (Pro tier). Commission is deducted from ticket revenue before settlement to the organizer.

5. Payments & Settlements

Ticket payments are processed via Stripe. Settlements to organizers are processed after event completion, minus applicable commission, taxes, and fees. Organizers must provide valid payout information.

6. Refunds

Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. beriska facilitates refund processing but the organizer is responsible for their refund policy. Platform fees may not be refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

beriska is a platform provider and is not liable for event cancellations, changes, or the quality of events. Our liability is limited to the platform fees collected.
